Role purpose:

To oversee all aspects of marketing, communications, and events - both traditional and digital; with our engaged advertising and PR firms, for the full range of services provided by the company.

Core responsibilities:

  • Working with the directors in each business and service line to develop marketing strategies that meet their individual marketing and business development requirements.
  • Working with the CEO and Human Resources to ensure that the Moore Stephens CI brand is recognised as a leading service provider and an attractive employer.
  • Consolidating all strategies into a single plan, coordinating and overseeing its delivery as the key contact with our agencies and external marketing/brand relationships.
  • Identifying relevant marketing opportunities for service lines and the CI brand.
  • Working with external teams and utilising government body publications to produce all company literature and advertising.
  • Identifying Moore Global and industry content for service line articles and literature as well as internal and external communications.
  • Overseeing, maintaining and regularly updating the company website and social media channels.
  • Liaising with external PR agencies to identify relevant PR opportunities to produce appropriate press releases.
  • Assisting company directors with writing and designing presentations and new business proposals.
  • Maintaining stock levels of branded merchandise and stationery.
  • Establishing and maintaining links to other MFOG offices and Moore Global.
  • Supporting and organising client and staff events.
  • Supporting and promoting the company’s CSR and ESG initiatives, working closely with the Social Ambition teams.
  • Producing quarterly reports for the company boards on the success of marketing initiatives and pipeline plans for their awareness and contribution.
  • Managing the marketing budget and processing invoices with the finance team.
  • Working with the compliance team in each island to ensure all marketing material is compliant with relevant legislation and ensure that compliance monitoring plans are achieved.

Technical / Professional / Qualification Requirements:

  • 3 years relevant marketing/PR experience
  • Marketing/PR qualification or QBE from similar role or experiences
  • Good governance and attention to policies essential
  • Calm, confident and concise
